Cooked On Education

Starting a blog is something that has been a personal goal of mine for some time. Will anyone read what I write? Will anyone care? Who knows- but for me I hope it will be the start of something good, a way to put down my thoughts (which tend to be varied and scattered) from time to time. It will be a good discipline for me to actually be writing! I started to do this a couple of times and have always gotten bogged down on things like what template should I use and what widgets should I add. I never seemed to actually start writing anything. What I should have done was to listen to the advice that I give my own students, which is to get the content down first and then add the all of the extra stuff.

So today I am home with my daughter, who woke us up at 3:45 this morning with a fever, and I am putting my money where my mouth is, and creating some content. Let’s see where this thing goes!
