<description>Yay Mark! Congratulations on the 1000 milestone. It's been great making connection with you - One day I'll get there and come knocking on your door. It'll be Autumn (Fall) because I've always wanted to see your state at this time of year. (Too many Stephen King books in my youth -when he was writing really well) Just watch that ticker keep on moving up!
Jenny - your aussie fan.</description>

		<description>Jeff,
Thanks for the kind words. You and Dan are definitely talented and you should raise your scale at least to somewhere between a black fly and a groundhog! ☺

		<description>Mark,

Congrats on the YK. Look out for the Y2K though! Great having you on the show last week, I'm glad to think you consider us "talented" people. I'd have classified us somewhere between the common vole and the northeastern ground slug.

		<description>Mark,
Congratulations on reaching 1,000 hits. Keep blogging away. I don't comment as much as I'd like, but I'm reading and enjoying your posts.
Regarding Twitter, I've wondered the same thing. I think that if you consistently post on Twitter people will come to your blog if they like what you're Twittering about. My other thought is that if Twitter had easily accessible analytics we might not worry about Twitter diverting traffic away from our blogs.

<description>Mark - see I do actually look here, :). You may not post as much as you like and yes twitter does seem to draw from blog writing for us all, but when you do post, your posts are typically thoughtful and insightful. Now if I can just get my iPod to download that last WDL episode, so I can listen to it - iTunes was being persnickety yesterday. Keep writing and having fun...now if Lugo could just start hitting :) Now for the next 10,000 hits.
